80 Parton Road is D3 Development's first development to get underway being built in conjunction with C3 Construction. The building is a 1600m2 two storied commercial and retail building. The ground floor is made up of 6 retail businesses and a café and the first floor will be a shared office space. The project is located on a busy arterial road in Papamoa, and before construction could start an existing industrial warehouse had to be dismantled and taken offsite to be rebuilt elsewhere. Construction started in November 2020 with the structure nearly complete. Completion date for the tenants to start there own fitouts is November 2021.
