Scottt Illingworth | D3 Development

SCOTT ILLINGWORTH / Development Manager

Scott drives a project from start to finish. With a deep understanding of the Auckland Unitary Plan and a solid SketchUp skillset, Scott undertakes all pre-purchase B&L and feasibility studies. From site acquisition, Scott drives the design process and manages the development project through to completion, dealing with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth process and successful outcome.

Prior to joining D3 Development, Scott was Development Manager at Conrad Properties, NZ’s largest residential apartment developer. At Conrad, Scott was responsible for the delivery of a number of large scale residential apartment projects including the Urba, Ivory and Victoria Residences projects. Scott was involved in all facets of development including consenting, sales, finance through to oversight of the construction process and final code of compliance and titling. Scott has over 15 years experience spanning commercial construction and large scale residential development, and brings a solid focus on getting the details right to ensure the success of every project he is involved in.

Tamati Parker - D3 Development

TAMATI PARKER / Director

Tamati brings a high level of commercial discipline to all D3 Development projects. Working across finance, funding and risk, Tamati is focussed on ensuring D3 Development projects are well planned, with strong risk mitigation strategies front and centre in all decisions.

Tamati is hands on in the project inception stages, including site acquisition, B&L design and site scheme planning, enjoying the creative and innovative drive to maximising the commercial and social outcomes of any site. Working with funders and equity partners, Tamati provides the security of funding required to complete property projects in a controlled manner.
